Xenofeliods have a total of 4 life stages: baby, adolescent, adult, and elder. When they are not cryogenically frozen, feli will age and progress through their life stages automatically (regardless if a user logs in or not). Feli at all life stages can interact with one another if they are in the same nest, and can be used in the genecode library.
The Baby stage (0 days): A newborn feli that cannot breed. Generation 1 feli skip this stage, as they are considered 1 day old when they are created.
The Adolescent stage (1-5 days): Feli at this age are still unable to breed, though there are items that can be used to progress into the next lifestage
The Adult stage (6-65 days): This is the life stage where your feli can breed with one another.
The Elder stage (66+ days): Once feli hit this point in their life, they are no longer able to breed. They can still interact with other feli in the same nest, and will still eat food from your coffer (or their clan's, should they happen to be in one).
Items Affecting Age[]
There are certain candies and potions that affect life stages and age. They can be divided into two categories: species-specific or all-inclusive.
All-inclusive:[]
- Vitality Elixir: By far the most useful of these items. These potions regresses the primary feli back to the beginning of adulthood regardless of their age. Because it has no negative side effects, such as removing one of the feli's lives, it allows a feli's age to be reset beyond the 9 times certain candies allow.
- Vita-Vayu: These candies regress your feli to the beginning of adulthood, but remove one life from the feli's counter
- Caramelized Jellygrass: These candies decrease your feli's age by one day.
- Aging Potion: These potions advance the active feli to their next life stage. This potion has no effect on Elders
- Mapple Sugar Cube: These candies increase your Feli's age by one day.
Species-Specific:[]
- Nectar Drops (felidae): These candies fill hunger, heal, and reduces the active feli's age by 3 days if they are a felidae.
- Abyucumber Rolls (zerda): These candies feed and heal the active feli and set their age to the befinning of adulthood, but they remove one life from the feli's counter.
