Skeleton was one of the first two patch markings that came out on pre-existing items, the other one being Anubis. The Skeleton marking can be found on the Feli Skull item, the Feli skull itself can be found in the Creek area but is a R-100 item and isn't found often.
The Feli Skull was also given out during the 2011 Halloween Trick or treating event.
The Skeleton marking can be considered a large marking because of how much of the body it takes up and is hard to mistake for another marking.
